Perfect!

  • Everything works fine, without problem… but just one issue – how to set real management page? Because the link is not working!

    Please fix it or tell me how to make my own page!

    This is what I did, I created a page and named it Comment Subscriptions and the permalink becomes comment-subscriptions. That worked for me.

    So just create a new page and this link add to the settings tab in plugin? Because it is only virtual page, I need real page!

    Yes that is what I did. I simply created a new page and it worked for me.
