Flexible, powerful, easy.

I started using this plugin for a business website awhile back and have been using it more and more. Once you get the hang of it, it is quite easy to use and very flexible and powerful.

Most importantly, I have found support to be responsive and helpful. I recently had trouble with a date field not working properly in Internet Explorer. When I contacted the developer about the problem, he reviewed my form, researched the problem, and (apparently) created an additional new field plugin to resolve it. It now works perfectly.
