2 months ago your staff solved this issue for me. But it has re-occurred. Following the update of the plug-in.
I’m not willing to spend $25 on support for a product that doesn’t work.
Can I please have a permanent fix.

Which update broke the captcha image? I just published an update related to the captcha image yesterday that fixes conflicts with gzip plugins (cause of the previous issue).

We don’t require a $25 payment for support about plugin bugs, you have a wrong information about that.
