Works but…

Could get the form to display and work but could not get the form field to display under a text header, it defaults to the top of page. For instance, I wanted to tell the visitor they had to login or register before they were presented with the form. But the form was the first thing they see and I could not put a text header above form. I checked support postings and documentation but no help. Ended up using another tool b/c this was not very intuitive, even with a video. Also the link to plugin homepage from the details popup menu is broken. I had to google the plugin homepage.
