Updated WP to 2.51 and couple problems

1. Some pics are mising in the dashboard, here is the screenshot:

https://img266.imageshack.us/my.php?image=symbolsdd3.jpgWhen I post new posts with double space it does not happen, but all my old posts are messed like this, any way to restore? I mean it will take loads of time to fix them manually, its hundreds of posts ??
