Good but Missing Key Features

  • I’ve tried to make this contact form work but I have some major issues with the functionality that disallow me to put my contact form to use:

    1. Not Responsive
    Fields are given a fixed px length and the form is coded in a table

    2. Reply-to Email Address missing Options
    While you can make the sender email your “reply-to” email, for some reason you can’t do so without sending a copy to the sender

    3. Sender Email should be editable or default to your Admin Email instead of your host’s server name

    Sender e-mail is already editable.

    We are working on <div> and responsive version of Form Maker, which will be available in 2 months.
