The Best Form Plugin Ever!

BACKGROUND – Gravity Forms Disaster!

I am non-techie person, and was looking for a flexible and customizable forms plugin. Going by the reputation of Gravity Forms, I took the plunge and purchased their $99 Business License. As soon as I installed it, I realized that it did not have any drag-n-drop features for CSS customization (like Ninja Forms have). Nowhere in their advertisements do they mention that you need to know CSS coding to make GF work for you.

So in a nutshell, I wasted my $99. I even requested them for a refund, but it’s been 10 days and no one has even cared to respond. Gravity Forms sucks!!!

NINJA FORMS TO RESCUE – Thank You James!

Badly burnt by my GF experience, I stumbled upon Ninja Forms. Contacted their support with a few pre-purchase questions. Got instant replies from James. And because of my terrible experience with GF, he even offered me a 10% discount on Ninja Forms and MailChimp Add-on. I made the purchase and voila, it turned out to BEST PLUGIN EVER!

But more than that, I was super-impressed by after-sales support I received. James personally helped create my first custom form within minutes. He patiently answered all my (often dumb) questions and made sure I was totally comfortable with all plugin features and options. Never ever did he make me feel that my questions were silly. He answered them all politely, often giving me links to documentations (which I greatly appreciated).

But here’s the icing on the cake. My forms needed a custom feature, which could be done via few changes to the PHP code. Since I am a novice at this, James even volunteered to make those modifications for me (a $25 value) for no charge! Now, that’s what I call a FIVE STAR SUPPORT. James, you rock man! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 STARS rating to this plugin. It truly deserves 10 STAR RATING in my book. Can’t wait for more awesome plugins from The Ninjas!!!
