Useless plugin, don't waste your time and money

I had a similar experience last week to txspiderman. This plugin is filled with problems. It worked OK when I bought it and now it is a dud after the update. I couldn’t even open a support ticket to get help from the developers and I was going round and round in circles. I posted a comment on their site, which they responded with an email to say that this was the wrong place to write a support comment and no further help was offered. Horrible customer service. If you read this, do not give these guys any money. It’s a waste. I have deleted the plugin and found a replacement from another provider.
