• I decided to use the oneall plugin for a client project, and have been very impressed with the functionality of the plugin, as well as the customer support.

    I was in a bit of a time crunch and encountered an issue, and Claude (the developer) was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond what I expected in terms of support. This is a developer who cares about his product!

    Interesting little sidenote: the footer of Claude’s email messages contains this message: “Great Service Rocks”. That is an accurate reflection of his demeanor as it relates to customer service. Very, very helpful.

    I would also like to note that upgrading to the basic account is a good idea, because it is worth paying for good web development work, which, at least these days, is not so easy to come by. A plugin with this level of functionality requires alot of work.
