• An unfortunate update breaks compatibility with previous versions. Couple the unprofessional release – free or not – with a developer with less than a professional attitude puts this onto the do-not-use plugin list for me. Too bad really – the original was a great start on a potentially commercial product.

Why do you not publish reviews when the plugin is working well? =)

People like you bring nothing but harm. You may not realize that the program works fine as long as it will not work badly.

Thank you for the awesome review Dirty Bill ))

Honestly had been waiting until it became a 4 – 5 star plugin. I try not to do bad reviews, as a developer, when you see a bad choice in an update – too early release or something, I feel for the dev, look for a solution. But when the Dev gets nasty – no sympathy – happy to return the favor. If you were going to go to all the effort to create an update to a promising piece of software, why take no thought for anyone who may have deeply integrated your plugin? Why have such a thin skin that you alienate your potential client base and break trust? A large very happy install base of free software has made more than one companies fortunes. This may not be a life changing piece of software, but with a large enough install base, certainly enough to keep you in beer and copies of “How To Win Friends” for the foreseeable future.

As for your comment: Thank you. With your shortsighted approach to public relations and community building, I’ll take that as a compliment. If you want people to love you, you shouldn’t be a developer.

The comments from the author himself are very telling of what you can expect out of this plug-in.
