Does what it says on the tin

I am pretty much a novice with IT, but quickly and easily installed this plug in. An hour later I had an application form for a conference we are offering up and running.

I had a glitch with post application responses and told the team here. Same day the guys at Form-maker went into my wordpress site and fixed the problem.

It works, its easy, and the support was fast and effective.
