How to get priority support for upgrade?

As mentioned in the original thread. Rewrite conditions and rules added to your .htaccess file can resolve your issues. This is more of an apache issue then a wordpress one. Additionally, there are some really great resources for mod rewrite to be found through google. Check your orignal thread for more advice.
