Eh, not so great

  • I was enjoying trying out the bar, they removed IM and chatroom as a intro level service, and did not inform me of the change until I started getting emails from users.

    Im pretty disappointed there is no other way to leave feedback about how disappointing this has been.

    I’m sorry you were disappointed with the service. At first setup we give you 15 days to try out our premium features to allow you a chance to see how they work before you make a commitment. That IM and Chat Rooms are resource intensive for the level of quality we provide and so we have to charge something for those. The entry level price we have kept as low as possible at $4.95/mo.
