    Hi,

    May i help you? You might be expecting it work immediately? But it works with CRON JOB. Either you have to wait for 24 hours “Daily” backup settings or try “Backup Now” option under settings menu. If you need immediate backup, try “Email Backup Now”. Another thing you can check at your end, requirements console. Is it all “Green” for you?
