I plan to implement this plugin on all of my sites. Simple, clean, elegant and works. Looks great with any modern template design.

Only knock I could give it is lack of UI control for what post types the sharing buttons appear on. That would prevent users from having to add the shortcode to pages or filter to the theme or plugin for custom post types (since some users don’t have control of their themes). This, however, is a minor gripe for an otherwise perfect plugin and this is vastly superior to any of the other free plugins I’ve come across to add basic sharing options to posts and pages.
