Will not refund as advertised

I bought the premium version and was sent the link to the Simple -free-version. Went to all of the work of installing and activating it to find it was the free version, since it would not do as advertised. I wrote Niaz for a refund, within 24 hours of purchase, and after several emails am now getting NO RESPONSE from him. In addition, he has not refunded me for the product I never received. This is unethical behavior and an unethical business with false advertising. Yes, sour grapes. Promised a refund and no response or refund.
