Totally locked out

Never transfer a domain while having Better WP Security activated. The plugin will lock you out completely and everything will be down without you having any chance of access. Simply deleting it on the server wont help because it holds htaccess as a hostage. No matter how good this plugin does its job – things like this should NEVER happen!
