This theme seems to be a spam/trojan

Correct me if I am wrong, but this theme is in direct conflict with the Genesis theme by the same name (Prose)!! I just had a client who was asked to update prose to prose 1.1 and then her site went blank and her error logs reported issues concerning sending of unsolicited email!!
