Excellent plugin and customer service

I have been using this plug-in more than two months…have found it easy to use, innovative, and just what I wanted for now. Within this time, I have contacted Dave, the owner of the plug-in twice with some small issues – I got respond almost right away and helped me with my issue. It seems like they guard their product’s reputation and anyone use it – paid or fee version – whole heartedly! (I am testing free one.)

I am using this plug-in to build a community database and it is so far working great. There are more features in development phase according to their website. Wish they will release them soon. But so far what I am using is all I need for now.

Last but not the least, Business Directory has the BEST Customer Service one can experience (‘which is kind of forgotten in the States’), if you need it. They TRY their BEST.
