Can no longer log into site

  • The old options for ‘hiding’ the login have been removed but not from the .htaccess The new plugin says I’m not hiding the admin section but the redirect code is still in .htaccess. I’m now locked out of my site!

  • Sorry to see that you’ve been locked out of your site. Here at iThemes we value the feedback we’ve received from the community both good and bad. That’s how we can make our products better.

    Please try updating to the most current version to see if that works. Version 4.1.3 addresses most if not all of the issues that users have experienced with the plugin. If it doesn’t please fill out our iThemes Security Bug form with as much detail as possible (version number, OS, browser, etc).

    With that information you can help us make the plugin not only better for you but for the next user that comes along.
