Updates break site, support is almost nonexistent

Yeah, the functionality is pretty cool – although it’s slower than molasses in winter. This plugin will drastically slow your site down. And every time there’s an update something breaks. In the most recent case, there’s no fix yet so I’ll be doing a COMPLETE SITE RESTORE from backup. If support actually responded to issues it might not be such a big deal but unfortunately, that too seems to be a pipe dream – the unresponsiveness is maddening. I hope these folks get their act together because the plugin has potential, but they just keep dropping the ball over and over… super frustrating. If you want to save yourself a headache, I suggest you look elsewhere.
