A real disaster

!DomiJi: Thanks for taking some time to leave feedback. First as a note, it appears you are reviewing NextGEN Pro rather than NextGEN Gallery? This area is for NextGEN Gallery reviews, so we’d be interested in hearing more about that plugin.

Second, even though it’s not the place for Pro support, we’re wondering if you could please be more specific about what issues you’re having? I checked your user profile to see your forum/support threads, but I see your account is brand new as of today, and your first posts are reviews.

One reason I ask is that, as you’ll note from recent WP.org voting NextGEN Gallery is performing quite well for most users. We also have thousands of people using Pro without issues. So I have the sense that if you are having issues, especially serious ones, there’s probably something specific going on. If we get even some basic details from you, we may be able to provide some assistance.

@domiji – Just following up on some old reviews.

As you know this review was written following a major overhaul of the plugin in version 2.0. At this point, most of the issues related to that overhaul of the plugin have been long addressed.

I’m still not sure on the details of your issue, and I’m also not sure if you’ve used NextGEN lately, but given the current performance of the plugin, a one-star rating seems a bit harsh, and we’re wondering if you might consider revising your rating?
