WAS Great but no more

  • This was a wonderful plugin until about two months ago, when it began breaking for no reason. I used it to create custom sidebars for a dozen pages , and they consistently worked across multiple upgrades of both WP and the plugin itself. Then, about 2 months ago the sidebars started to disappear for no reason at all. I would rebuild them, and then a different one would suddenly disappear. Today my primary sidebar is gone–not just on the front end, but on the back end, as well. I thought it was a fluke, but checking the forum it appears it is happening a lot and the developers have not given any suggestions for a fix. My advice — check daily to make sure your sidebars are in place. Or better yet, switch to something that is more stable and/or has developer support.

    Could you perhaps try the new plugin and consider changing your rating if it solves your issues?

    We’ve taken on a lot of feedback and put a heap of work into making sure it rocks out now.

    I will be happy to review it again. I am in the process of updating my site and when I’m done (I thought I would be by now but you know how that goes!!) I will be happy to give you my input. I can see with just a cursory glance that you have made some changes, so give me a chance to set it all up properly and I’ll rate it again.
