Exactly what I needed

I advise a student charity group that needs a rock-solid map development tool with the potential to scale up to displaying many, many markers. This looks like exactly what we’ll need by the time fall semester starts back up. It’s not perfect for us just yet — the ability to export maps would be nice, and the ability to remove existing place descriptions (and replace it with our own information) is critical for the project’s purpose — but it looks like both of those are planned updates. Hooray!

This is an amazingly good release for so early in its lifespan, and I can’t wait to see the updates as they come in. I’m excited about the possibility that my group of students next year will be able to hit the ground running with a plugin that does everything we need.
