Support * Time * Working with translation *

  • Bad
    Bought the paid version and have asked money back since i can’t make it work with translation and have tried everything. Plus 4 hours per answer on support.

    Problem is described in developers forum.

    Looks like its jquery that create the problem i don’t have time or energy to translate again – used all day trying to solve the problem.

    Your money has been refunded. Please understand that you have not explained the problem well, only one liners (posting same questions multiple places and following it up through multiple channels).

    I’m obliged to provide support but you do not prefer to show me the problem or explain it in detail. I’m not sure why you are in such a hurry. There can be some conflicts on a wordpress setup, I need to see and understand what is happening which has not been the case with you.

    It is shocking for me that you demand turn around time of < 4 hours, I hope you do it for your customers.

    None the less, I’ll try to understand your problem by reading one liners in many places.
