The add-ons do work. They work on GEO my WP where you can see a live demo and they work for the many other user who purchased them before and after you.
You contacted me via email requesting a refund implying that the add-ons don’t work.
Our refund policy says:
“If you have problems getting extensions to work we will be happy to provide a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve any problem you have.”
3 times I asked you to provide a link so I will be able to see the problem and try to solve it. You either ignored or said that you already disabled the plugins and that you have found another solution. And so, I couldn’t see any issues with the plugins and I couldn’t try and solve them.
Our refund policy also says:
“Refunds will not be granted if you simply decide not to use the purchased products…”
Before purchasing a Digital product ( or any other product ) you need to make sure that you know what you are purchasing and what is the refund policy and respect that in case that you change your mind after the purchase made.
It’s a shame, trying to ruin our reputation by giving 1 start review won’t solve any of your issues that you might or might not have and will not get you a refund.
I am still available to try and solve the issues you are having with the plugins.
