Did you try asking for help from the plugin author before posting a negative review? Most of the time plugin authors are very willing to help resolve simple issues ??

Would you mind creating a support ticket and stating the issue you faced, as that would require same amount of time as writing a review and if there is actually an issue, it would help me identity the issue and solve it, which in turn would be useful for other users of this plugin too.
