We try our best to deliver free and useful contact and customer acquisition tools for our users on WordPress. I understand that you’re only looking for only a simple contact form, and there are solutions out there, notably ContactForm7. However, we offer a more integrated contact form and contact management solution geared towards businesses.
About a month ago, you left the same bad review on our plugin. We addressed it as follows:
“Thanks for the feedback. However, I think the issue is primarily with expectations. The ContactUs.com contact form is part of our overall product suite, and that’s why we connect to an admin panel in a new window.
If you wanted to control everything within a self-contained plugin, that’s great. You could have with the Contact Form by ContactUs.com plugin, although you wouldn’t have had the full breadth of customization options. Most of our users don’t mind having one-click access to a considerably more powerful and customizable admin panel at ContactUs.com. I understand that you had expectations of having everything contained within the plugin. There are also lots of plugins that are extensions of a broader application. We are in that bucket. Sorry we weren’t the right solution for you.”
