GREAT support today from Silvo for my disappearing widgets

After more than a week tearing out my hair trying to find, fix and reorder my widgets on my website, trying vainly to get a handle on the plethora of WordPress documentation online, I emailed your HELP option. I am so pleased to say that Silvo replied and after several back and forth emails, we talked on Skype today and he FIXED THE PROBLEM! We went to the Theme section and reordered the 4 widgets from there instead of working on the Widget page. They all appeared in the right order! Plus (another problem that appeared when all the above occurred) I was suddenly able to access the Admin link of my other website which mysteriously went nowhere.
