Pages Navigation bar

Hey, I have created a theme for my blog o8b.co.cc and I have been trying to make a horizontal navigation bar which uses the same links as the “pages” in the wordpress side bar.
When looking at the theme you will be able to see that there is a single link called “o8b” on the actual header image, I would like to put all the pages into a similar fashion which goes across the bottom of the header image.
I hope someone understands what I am trying to say ??
