• It has worked fine before I upgrade wp 3.9.2. Since I upgraded, P3 works once and then it is stuck that status. Although I activate or deactivate plugins, it shows exactly same result.
Second problem is the result is not accurate. When I checked the time with timer, my website loading time was around 6 sec. But P3 said 12 sec. Therefore, I am not sure whether it works properly or not recently. But it was helpful when it worked.

    Hello,

Sorry you’re having trouble. There’s nothing in 3.9.2 that should break it. I’ve conducted successful scans on 3.9.2 as well.

I suggest seeing the help page -> “Is my site using an opcode optimizer?” There are several known extensions / configurations that can cause problems.

As for P3’s timing, that’s an average for the scan. If you’re getting bad data (which is what it sounds like) then the average will be off. P3’s profiling also throws the numbers off a bit. You can see more in the “Advanced Metrics” tab where it talks about profile overhead and margin of error.

    Hello.
I read the help page, but I don’t understood it well as I am not a geek. According to it, should I ask my hosting provider to not use opcode?
    Thanks.

For that question “Is it my site using an opcode optimizer?” what does it say? Each optimizer is different.

You should always use an opcode cache (and usually an opcode optimizer). These are great tools to speed up your website. They can interfere with P3, though, so you may need to temporarily disable them.
