Stay away if you dont want fix it yourself

I bought this plugin a couple of days before, from my understanding this plugin is another product by digitalkickstart.com, a self hosted heatmapping tool that has been converted into a plugin by Dr Web (reviewing on this page), the plugin is very buggy, I actually had to edit the code myself to make it workable! for example you cannot really control in what pages the plugin will run, for example I only wanted it to run on my homepage and my only options where either to run it on specific articles or everywhere, if you have many sessions on your site running it everywhere would wear down your server, also it has a page where it tells you how many MB the plugin uses on your DB, for me its stuck on 1mil MB for quite some time now and half of the Datepicker used to choose which records to delete is hidden behind some other element.

When I tried to contact support I was redirected to the digitalkickstart.com both by the plugin site and the developer(email), the people there told me that their product is not a WordPress plugin. When I asked Dr Web about that all i got was silence and now I’m stuck with something I cannot get support for and have to edit myself
