    that is because you are using the free version. Free version allows you use the plugin as it with low ability & functionality while the premium version remove all these restrictions

    may be it is too late to tell you that we have just released our new version but when you examine it you will find it deserve all the the consuming time. now we have re-engineering our script to be developed using Code Igniter framework with full support to MVC architecture. you may get it from https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/b1st-ticketing-system/
