    Wanted to clarify that when using WordPress 4.0 you DO NOT NEED to add the code in the field box

    Here is an EXAMPLE that worked for me

    Remove render-blocking JavaScript:
    jquery

    Optimize CSS Delivery:
    style

    AND THAT’S IT!!! Works perfect
