photo quality

I have recently switched to this plugin for a gallery and found when using the same images I used with the previous plugin, the quality is extremely poor. the photos are now completely blurry, I’ve posted to the author but haven’t received a response. I’ll give it another day then I will have to switch to a different plugin, I can’t possibly post my photos of such poor quality. If anyone can help me with this I’d greatly appreciate it.
