Bait and switch plugin

  • None of the customization options work unless you purchase the plugin. None. You will see an option screen, and be able to check and un-check boxes, thinking all the while that you are customizing the plugin. When you click “Save” to save your settings…that’s when it tells you that you need to purchase the premium plugin.
    This is very misleading.

    Are you sure you rated the right plugin?

    Dear @leonardshelby our lightbox plugin works imitatively after installation and it’s of course have free version and we always fix bugs and add new features as youtube and vimeo lightbox we even provide free support on free version but to do that to keep professional development and support team we have to put a little price for general options. We think that 10$ is not the big size for so much usable options.
    All one stares given to our plugin apply to its pro version and closed options but we should understand that on wordpress we shouldn’t rate pro version of plugin, other people will not read the real reason of bad review and will think that it has bugs and bad functionality but it doesn’t.
    Please change your review and rate our plugin functionality as much as you appreciate it.
