Its all already been said, but this is probably the best WordPress cache plugin that actually works and builds a cache of files to speed up your site.

I have spent years installing and uninstalling various plugins that work then dont work then work, so its a breath of fresh air to actually have a plugin that is not bloated and can actually do what it says on the tin !
