• I am very disappointed and surprised. 11m downloads??? But then again there is a reason for the 700 one star rankings too.
    After I installed it and seen the chaotic admin, the crap URL structure and the buggy gallery editor in the WYSIWYG editor part I started to search through forums. I found that the developer(s) removed some nice features during the years. I also found that on the documentation page there is a HUGE “get support” button – this is also not by accident for sure. It also seems to me that at nextgen they either got greedy or are in financial trouble for having such features in pro only.

If you have found “bugs” in the plugin then by all means please feel free to submit a Bug Report (https://www.nextgen-gallery.com/report-bug/) so we can address these concerns as well.
