Simply the best

  • I’ve been using Akeeba for years (when I was using Joomla instead of WordPress). I’ve been looking forward to them making the move to WordPress and now they’re here I hope everyone experiences this excellent plugin.

    From the many years that I’ve been using Akeeba products I know just how knowledgeable and experienced the author is. He produces excellent products etc.

    Even though website transfers should be simple, they usually chuck up something that makes it harder that it needs to be. With this plugin it was simple to take a backup and then restore it to the new server using Akeeba Kickstart.

    I’ll be purchasing the paid version so that I can backup off site to Amazon. I don’t often rate plugins and I don’t usually give so much praise, but this guy is the business.

    Thank you! We are currently working on a new version which adds support for serialised data, solving a big problem with transferring more complex sites to new domain names.
