You can easily lock yourself out of the plugin.

The plugin keeps it’s own database of authorized users. The user that installs the plugin automatically is added to the plugin database. If you should delete that user you are SOL when you next want to access your contact forms – you will get a ‘please log in’ message and no access.

Ok, so just add the user back – no go. Why? The plugin also records the id of the user in it’s database. So now you have a username that matches the plugins database but the ID does not. This can be fixed by manually updating the plugin database using a utility such as phpmyadmin. However, considering this is a brain dead approach in the first place – why am I going through all this?

Other than that painful error, the plugin works well.

BTW – the forum does not contain a complete solution and the topic is closed so i cannot post it.
