The link this plugin adds to the admin menu is flat white with orange text. The default admin bar is black with gray text. It’s just idiotic, why would they not only customize their own link but also go with an exact OPPOSITE color scheme?

The options page is not even white. It actually does try to match WordPress. It makes their menu design choice meaningless and random. It’s as if the admin menu was styled by someone else. And why stop there? They have a custom menu in the top right corner of the form builder page which is blue/black with gradients. GRADIENTS. It’s awful.

Also, tons of errors and warnings are generated when you have wp_debug on. Nothing serious, but it shows the developer doesn’t care that their code is garbage.

As far as functionality, it seems like the plugin works well enough. But holy crap, clean up your code and design. It’s not difficult.
