    If you’re using a vps server, you have to restart your web server after editing the php.ini file in order to see the changes.

    Because of that, this plugin is not really necessary for those with vps servers. If you manage a vps server, surely you can also make a quick change your php.ini file without this plugin.

    If you don’t create a support ticket or say who your host is, I can’t help you.

    copy the php.ini to your wp-admin folder
