Stop working

I first notice having problems with disqus 8 days ago. It said:
Comments for this thread are now closed.
So, I change the expire comments time to 365 days and still kept receiving the closed thread. Then I couldn’t even login to comments on my site. It would just reload the page when, I clicked on comments for a post. I contacted disqus support the very first day I noticed the problem 8 days ago. They ask for a lot of information. Since, I’m new to all the tech stuff I gave them access to my site. I sent them my login page. My username and password. All I received back was automated messages asking me if the problem is fixed. I realize this is a free plugin so, I guess I should of expected poor support.
