Great Plugin, having some issues with Custom theme

Hello, this is a great plugin and covers everything, however I am working on a custom theme where the entire homepage is done in the main_index.php, so changing the OG title is difficult. Currently when the homepage is shared, the title is simply “Homepage” Do you know where I could go to change this to something else?
