• I have never seen this awful support in my life, let alone the year 2015. I have been stuck with a NextGEN’s problems for more than 3 months, and the owner is care free. Not even a word ??

    @osalepito – Just to second Cais’s point, we respond to (almost) every free and pro support thread. The fact that we respond to nearly all free support queries is actually quite unusual among popular plugins. Given that plugins are free, not all developers feel obliged to provide both the plugin and basically unlimited support for free.

    I’d also emphasize that if you look at the sidebar on the NextGEN plugin page, you’ll see some stats on how many support queries there have been in the last two months, and how many of those are resolved. Our “Resolved Percentage” is higher than almost any other major plugin.

    The combination of our aggressive coverage of support queries and our resolved percentage would indicate that we have among the best support of any popular free plugin.

    Given all this, again, it’s very unlikely you submitted a support request that didn’t get a reply. The only way that would happen is if you sent an email that went to spam or otherwise never arrived.

    If you could provide some additional details, that would be helpful.

    Both of those have 3 replies each from Cais.

    It sounds like you were having some difficulty submitting a support query via for NextGEN Pro via our contact form, but you mention that you can’t submit a ticket because you are on a local host.

    The fact that your working on a local host shouldn’t prevent you from submitting a support ticket. You can just specify that your site is on a local host and submit like normal.

    Otherwise, did you actually submit a pro support ticket and not get a response?

    i’ve submitted a few requests also and no response.
    i need some problems solved so please look again at your report tickets

    I would recommend you use [email protected], the form is useless.

    Pro Plugin Without a Forum: They don’t have forum because they know user interactions will reduce the 120% dependence on them. This is the only thing I regret buying, and right now it is just decorating my computer NO USE. And I paid big bucks for it

    @ebkframing – Unfortunately using the review section of the forum will not help with support issues, especially with NextGEN Pro related concerns.
