@osalepito – Just to second Cais’s point, we respond to (almost) every free and pro support thread. The fact that we respond to nearly all free support queries is actually quite unusual among popular plugins. Given that plugins are free, not all developers feel obliged to provide both the plugin and basically unlimited support for free.
I’d also emphasize that if you look at the sidebar on the NextGEN plugin page, you’ll see some stats on how many support queries there have been in the last two months, and how many of those are resolved. Our “Resolved Percentage” is higher than almost any other major plugin.
The combination of our aggressive coverage of support queries and our resolved percentage would indicate that we have among the best support of any popular free plugin.
Given all this, again, it’s very unlikely you submitted a support request that didn’t get a reply. The only way that would happen is if you sent an email that went to spam or otherwise never arrived.
