I made no assumptions. That the plugin *does not work* for you could be for a variety of technical or non-technical reasons (did you register for a Kraken account, and enter your API Key/Secret in Media Settings, for example?).
Moreover, to blame the plugin when the cause could be your system is useless – it would be more helpful to identify the root technical cause of the failure, and get it working.
