  • Hi @fabpat, I’ve actually just installed the plugin in a test site without any trouble. Though there are always configuration settings to consider in these situations.

I see you’ve posted to the support forums after posting here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/active-plugin-in-wordpress-network

We’re always more than happy to assist there, I’ve posted a few questions to help get to the bottom of this. Could you have a look and let us know more detail there?

    Thanks.

Hi @fabpat, thanks for reporting back on that support ticket, glad to see that’s all sorted for you now!

Would you maybe consider re-reviewing the plugin since that’s now sorted? ??

    Hey fabpat,

Not sure if you’re already updated to the latest version but I just wanted to mention that we’ve recently released a HUGE update to Membership(v4.0). In-fact, it’s completely re-written!

One of our biggest complaints in the last version was that the plugin was confusing to navigate, well we’ve re-designed the user interface from the ground up ?? a couple other big improvements include proper user role/capability support for memberships as well as Stripe support. Plus tons more, it really is a whole new plugin now.

You may have already moved on way past this given the date of your review but we would love if you gave it another try and update your review to let us know what you think ?? if you still feel it’s a 1 star plugin then of course, just leave your rating as-is, we would still like to hear any feedback you may have though.

Hope everything is going well for you!

    Cheers,
    Tyler
