    This is probably the best free theme for WordPress. The only problem that I have is that I can’t translate some parts of it. For example: on the topbar I have ‘Your Cart’ and ‘Search’ and I want them to be translated in bulgarian.

    I’m using CodeStyling Localization and I’m adding bg_BG.po file in the theme. Then I succsessfuly translate it and after couple of days (or maybe updates) the .po file is missing and the topbar is in English again. After I add the .po file again the whole theme is in English, so I have to translate everything again and after some time the topbar is again in English and I have to repeat the steps above.

    Just to clarify. Since we don’t have your copy of the bulgarian translation every update won’t include it.. you would need to send to us for that.

    And if you update and don’t have a backup of your translation it’s going to be lost since the translation is placed in the theme files (which are replaced with an update).

    Feel bad for you as it would be a lot of work to re translate. We try really hard to provide support on the forums, you can always post there if you are having trouble with something like this.

    There are several things you can do to make sure you don’t lose your translation when you update. The first is just to send to us and we’ll include it in the next version of the theme.

    Or you can add a child theme with your translation files and call them through the wordpress child theme translation function.

    Would save you a lot of time it sounds like.
