You have to read the plugin instructions. It says in the FAQ’s that if you have any trouble, to test out the Lite version of the plugin, RS Head Cleaner Lite. With any kind of minification & caching plugin, you have to test, test, test because they won’t be right for every website.

I really wish that you had submitted a support request before writing a review. It’s impossible for me to fix things if people don’t let me know what issues they’re having. If you look at my record of support, you’ll see I respond quickly to every single support request, and have an excellent support record.

When a developer puts so much time into providing free plugins for people, it seems only fair that users would take a mere 5 minutes to submit a support request before posting reviews that say its broken. If a developer is unresponsive, by all means, but I respond to every support request quickly.

    Dear Scott,

I am very sorry, because the css not loading was a result of an attack on our website at the very same time I installed the plugin.

The plugin seems to work fine now.

I want to delete my review, but I understand that is not possible. Can I write another review to make it up to you?

    My sincere apologies!

    Hi Supje,

I’m sorry to hear about the web attack. That’s never fun.

You can edit the review and rating here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/view/plugin-reviews/rs-head-cleaner?rate=5#postform

I understand. It’s just a lot of people post a negative or semi-negative review before submitting a support request. The right way to do it is to submit a support request first. Many plugin authors want to improve the plugin and help people, so at least give them a chance. If they don’t fix it, or don’t treat you right, by all means post a negative review.
