Very slick and easy design. Too bad it doesn't work with Facebook.

So I needed a plugin that would pull any image post with a particular hashtag on it. This was the only plugin who promised to do it.

I installed it, got it all setup, and got only errors. After investigating, Facebook has “depreciated” (or removed the ability…) for ANY plugin to pull posts using hashstags.

So I tried to use this plugin to do it another way. Allow my users to upload pictures to a particular public shared album on my facebook page. The plugin is supposed to be able to pull photos from albums.

Sorry… only if the album is on a Facebook PAGE. Not a profile. (They don’t say this anywhere.)

Okay…first, I’m not going to make a page just for this issue…but even if I did, there’s no way for other users to upload photos to Facebook page albums because Pages don’t offer Shared Public Albums.

After 2 hours of trying to get this to work, I gave up.
